nfs most wanted running slowly on my computer

Hi friends, i have a problem in nfs most wanted 2 it runs slowly.
about my computer(desktop)-
RAM- 4 GB(3.49 usable)
processor - intel i5 3450 3.10 processor
graphic card-amd radeon 5450 2 gb
OS- win7 32 bit(ultimate)
plz-100 tell me why it is running a bit slower. is it the problem of graphic card.I do not have directx on my desktop

Your current system meets the minimum requirements, but falls short of the recommended requirements. If your power supply will allow it, I suggest that you upgrade your video card. Your CPU is fine and RAM are fine.

i buy a new graphic card-amd radeon 5450 2 gb
OS- win7 32 bit(ultimate),
what is the problem i am facing. please tell me! please........ :'(
my grapic card dealer show me in other new PC with my graphic when puted into the new pc and then NFS MW runs normal. i can't believe because that pc has low configuration as compared to my PC. that was dual core , 2GB ram 320GB hardisk, win7 (ultimate) only.. please help me! as soon as possible
