Need help picking a new Motherboard

Hello, I currently own the ASUS P8P67 EVO motherboard for my Desktop PC.

I have found myself looking for a replacement board. I am keeping the same parts at the moment, I am not changing anything except the motherboard. So I want to make sure the important parts of my PC will work on this new Motherboard, CPU/RAM/GPU/HDD/SDD so I can actually use it. At the moment I am looking at these two:

I am currently away from my home but I will be returning tomorrow, here is what I know that I have right now.

Intel i5 2500k Quad Core with 3.3 GHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM
Corsair TX 750w PSU
AMD HD Radeon 6950

If I were to purchase one of these from Newegg only to find out they are not compatible for some reason or another, would I be able to send it back in for a refund?
