Hi! It's my first time to buy a gaming PC and I would just like to ask your opinion. Please check if this would be compatible with each other and if it would be worth it. I don't want to spend too much, this is what my friend suggested.

Im not very computer literate, please help me. haha. Thanks! :)

video: PowerColor HD 7870 Myst Edition= PHP10500 / $263
Hdd: Seagate 1TB 7200RPM = PHP3150 / $79
Power Supply: FSP Epsilon Series 80PLUS SLI (800w) = PHP3850 / $97

But would the wattage be sufficient enough for the specs of the computer? My friend told me that I should at least have 700-800w PS. That's why I chose a hight wattage.

Nope, you most definitely don't need a 700-800W psu. You could run that system with a proper 550W psu. Even a high-end system with an HD7970 consumes less than 500W of power

I'll give you some links but I don't know whether you can find them in Philippine.

SeaSonic S12II 520
SeaSonic G 550
XFX Pro Series 550W
Antec High Current Gamer 620M
Corsair TX650 V2
SeaSonic S12II 620
XFX Core Edition 650

Other good units are Antec Neo or BP.

Look at reviews on FSP Epsilon units and you'll find out that they are not that good http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cases/display/atx-psu7_9.html#sect0
