Need help with overclocking my cpu and ram

i will paste all my pc's info for all to see and please help with my noob trials at overclocking an old pc. my first time too!

  1. System Memory 1024 MB and just 1pcs and CPU Clock 2691.0 MHz (original: 2400 MHz, overclock: 12%) is good .. i think enough and keep it ... don't up more
  2. 2.4 to 2.7? its still low (unless that is already ok with you. my old core2 could do more, so most likely you still pump it up. core2 can oc a lot,
  3. would you guys be able to help me with also, i would like to buy more memory for this and im not sure of the pin count or really anything to do with replacing or adding ram into my pc
