The best PSU for about a $100 would have to be the Corsair TX750 or even better the TX750M. Which is a perfect fit for either 1 Monster Video card or a Mid-High Level 2 Card Crossfire/SLI system. I am running this and it is practically silent,

AMD Phenom X4 965 BE and 8GB 1333MHZ Kingston RAM
MSI 790FX-GD70
GTX 560 1GB DDR5
1 Hauppauge 1850 WinTV Tuner
2 x 120GB SSD in RAID0 and 3 x 500GB WD Green in RAID 0 and a 2TB WD Red ESATA
1 BD-RW and 1 DVD-RW
Logitech G510 keyboard
6 Case fans and various USB devices

and is still running cool and quiet. (with no overclocking because I dont see any point)

So yes this is a steal for $95 before tax.
