Hello, I built a custom gaming PC and within it lies 2X2GB of Crucial Ballistix memory installed in my Asrock Z75 Pro3 Motherboard.

My problem is, under my system properties, it says this:
http://gyazo.com/355e87a05ff9457422cd8cf697ed825e

If that link isn't working correct it says exactly:
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00GB (3.88GB Usable)

I don't quite understand why it isn't picking up all of my installed memory and I'm assuming that since it's only detecting 3.88GB usable, than my computer is running on only 3.88GB. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium.

Is there a fix to this problem? Or a known problem with Crucial Ballistix Memory? Thanks for taking a look!

Have a great day!
Jake

Look in the bios, and check the options for reserving onboard video ram.
Disable the integrated graphics capability.
I wrongly assumed you might have had a 32 bit os which loses even more.
On 64 bit, you should see the full amount using a discrete graphics card that has it's own vram and does not share any.

How do I disable my onboard vram? I can't figure it out. I know it's in the bios but I can't find where about to do so.
