I need to buy a computer that can do gaming eg simcity, minecraft and x-plane at fairly high settings also I will be photo and video editing.
I have shopped around and don't really know what I am looking for and don't know enough to build my own.
Any help will be appreciated.

You should build your own. It's a huge waste of money going on a website that makes a PC. You can be 8 years old and still build a PC. Just watch a few tutorials. Here's a 600 pound build:
