Thor V2 fan control help

I've plugged everything into the motherboard and all the fans are working, however I want to make use of the fan control, but when I plug the fans into the plugs I see no change in fan speed when I turn the dials...am I missing a plug or something?

Fan controller plugged into PSU and fans into controller and nothing happens when you turn the dial? 1 or 2 things either the PSU is plugged in wrong or the fan control resistor is bad.

I do know that in order to use the fan control on the Thor one needs to take the small two pin molex connectors attached to wires coming out of the top to the fan connectors at each fan. Then one takes the large 3 and 2 pin molex connectors also coming out of the top front end of the case and connect them to female molex connectors on the PSU. If the fan controller is working properly you should be able to control the fans from the top. Those little 2 pin molex connectors are labeled A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3.
