is it possible to use 4 monitors on the two gt 610 so each will have two monitors on each card?
my budget is £460
also can a 5.1 surround sound work on my mobo

All the components will work together. Your CPU and Mobo are very good but I would recommend a better GPU. Try find a GPU that cost's the same price of two of those 610's. It might work in 4 monitors (3 primary & 1 auxiliary) but it I won't recommend it because you will still have a 1GB frame buffer not 2GB.

you can't use different cards together. Its either two hd 6450 or two hd 7770. The HD 7770 would be the better option.
