Same story for SWTOR http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/star-wars-gaming-tests-review,3087-6.html . The HD7770 performs similar to the GTX460 and Radeon HD6850.
In short, yes the HD7770 is good enough for high settings in the 2 games you mentioned.

what is your cpu and system setup like? I play GW2 and I believe it is highly cpu limited, I have a radeon 7850 and a core i7 920 processor. clocked to 3.96ghz and get around 28-36FPS on high settings but if your in like lions arch or somewhere wheres a lot of people you get a lot less on certain maps. have been debating on getting a second 7850 to crossfire it for the game.
do note though that im not a big gamer but have actualy really loved GW2 play it constantly and run fraps to always know my frames per second cause am tryin to learn somthin bout the FPS thing . and im not sure on what and if 60FPS or closer to it would be better then 30FPS does anyone know if theres a real difference at all?
also to I thnk you can actualy take the quality even further but would be at the cost of performance by changing settingsa in the AMD control panel.
