hi my system restore will not work so am trying to take computer back to factory settings via ALT-F10 and does not work. I cannot get to the partition restore menu before windows boots up and cannot remember how to do it via command prompt. any ideas? Thanks!

In Command Prompt, type msconfig and press Enter. When the system configuration form shows up, click on BOOT.INI and extend the time the flash screen remains on before Windows starts to load. While you have a Prompt, type rstrui.exe and see if that starts System Restore.
