HIS IceQX Radeon 7850 Black lines and Black screen

Recently I started to get black lines and random drop-outs of video altogether on my 7850. However this does not happen when selecting the integrated graphics ,on my APU, in the bios setup. So I know that the monitor and cables are fine. The card is seated fine and is correctly powered. My AMD drivers are up to date and I have not found any solution.

Please help

All my clocks are reset to defult 860 for the gpu and 4800 for gddr5. I'm sure that my PSU is fine aswell becuase I have only had it for about 2 months. What does RMA'd mean. And would reinstalling the drivers help?
