Overheating Issue With Radeon HD 7770

I'm using a Gigabyte Radeon HD 7770 OC Edition....Even at idle my gpu temp 36 degree. Is it too much? Cause my pc shuts down randomly from time to time. At full load, max temp is 50 degree. This is a new card, bought only a month ago. I'm using a 500 watt psu with it. Oh & the fan generates a loud noise each time I start the computer but it goes away after 5-10 minutes. Any idea what's wrong with it?

50 isn't hot for that card you probably have another issue. My 7770's idle little cooler (about 30) but under load depending on the game they can go from 40 to something simple to 60's in Crysis 3
  2. 36c at idle isin't too warm, don't know if you have it overclocked or not. I've got a MSI 7770 and have never heard the fan running 100% at boot and generally runs around 28 to 30c at idle. Check your fan profile settings within the AI catalyst control, drop it down some or set it to auto.
