Well the i7 is useless Why not the i7 you may ask? Well the i7 merely adds Hyper-Threading and a higher clock speed to the equation. Though these two improvements are fantastic in CPU intensive tasks such as video encoding and 3D modeling, in gaming scenarios it doesn’t really do a whole lot. Games these days are much more graphics intensive than CPU intensive, so it’s a much better idea to invest the extra dough into the graphics card. The 7970 is a good choice but not a reference one those are loud and don't overclock as good as non reference models. Also i just don't see the point of closed loop...
whats the difference. and neither.

swap the i7 38xx for an i5 3570k, cheaper mobo and bigger SSD 256GB so that you can actually install a game on it. my 128 is nearlyfuill with windows, bf3 and dayz.

their HDD spec is confusing, 2x1TB (single drive), is that raid0, which would be a bad idea for the 'data drive'.

Also i just don't see the point of closed loop coolers either do water cooling right and build yourself a nice custom loop, or don't do it at all and stick to a nice dual tower air cooler like the NH-D14.

Now you may want a few diff things.. like MOBO and Vid Card..

go for (i think) 2 660s maybe TI 's someone will tell u.. and maybe diff mobo if you want more than 2 sli .. but my ONE 660 (this build) runs crysis maxed out great with MSAA 4X (high) or SMAA(4x high) either look good..

i go with the lesser one (cant remember what ones higher) and motion blur off.. but everything else maxed out.. and i prob can use 8x smaa or msaa whatever one is higher in the game options but i like it at 4 cause its a lil smothers.. and v-syncs off (on my tv idk about my monitor)

IM overclocked on this setup (just got it) to 4200mhz at .8v -1.2 V min/max volts as of now.. just started today to oc and my max temp on prime got to (with current settings ) 65 68C .. and it went up to 80 on ( "auto" 4.2 ghz oc )

Im loving this setup .. windows 7 64bit .. cost 1300 - rebates of like 100 and combos when i got it.. the processor deal is over.. but not lying i dont see a point to get better. GOOD LUCK.
