* CPU is a bit overkill for your current needs, but will probably be the only CPU you will need for this computer. It will EASILY OC, if you want to do that down the road.
* Mobo is all that you should need and is decently priced. If you want a bit more Mobo, than I'd look at the AsRock Extreme 4 mobo for ~$135.
* RAM is plenty for 98% of people. It runs at 1600 mHz, CAS 9 Timings, & runs at stock voltage of 1.5v.
* SSD is one of the better ones to get. It's pretty fast and well proven. I added a data HD to compliment the system, so you can store lots of music/videos/etc.
* Case is one of the best ones for the $ to get. I know it doesn't have a window, but it's a good one to get for the $.
* PSU is a bit much for your initial needs, but if you want to had a bad a$$ GPU down the road, you will be covered!

Edited to include only Amazon parts.

Just a FYI, NewEgg.com is a great place to buy PC components AND there they ship out of NJ. I live in PA, i usually get my stuff in 3 days. I hate the mail system so this you play a big part in my decision. :)
