Best Recommended Case for Water Cooling

Gonna need a fair bit more info than that.
Budget, what do you plan to cool (which will dictate things like required rad space), what are your aesthetic preferences, are you willing to modify the case, are you willing to externally mount radiators. Is there any other general case features you want?

The NZXT Phantom seems to be a good choice.
Fits a 360mm rad at the top, a 240mm at the bottom if you sacrifice most of the 3.5" bays. That should be be enough rad space for a CPU and maybe two GPU's. Grommets at the back so you can externally rad if you change your mind on that. Unfortunately no window, maybe mod that in yourself. As for fitting the T-Virus, that will come down to your ingenuity but I cant imagine it would be that hard considering how much space you have in the case.
