USB 3.0 solution for Bitfenix Shinobi XL

I want to put a PCIe 1x card in to run the usb 3.0 ports in the Shinobi (it has four and my mobo supports 2), will this sap too much bandwidth from the graphics card? It's a GTX 560 Ti 448.

EDIT: Forgot to include the mobo; Asus P8Z68-v Pro/Gen3

Well you don't list your motherboard.... But the pcie 1x slots have nothing to do with the gpu so no. Not that it would even if it did.

Id just run two in USB2.0 mode off the motherboard though... Can't imagine anyone needing 4 3.0 on the front of a case
