win7 32-bit nvdia graphic card inserted intel desktop board.formated and re-inistalled os-drivers.but there is no sound while playing music.what is the solution?

If the NVIDIA graphics card has an integrated sound chip on it (as some NVIDIA graphics cards do) your on-board sound adapter may have been disabled in the BIOS. Go into BIOS Setup and re-enable it.
