I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft office 2010 3 times now to make sure that this is not an installation issue. The same problem still occur where every time I'm in Exel and format a page, when scrolling I get a very annoying delayed and overlapping effect. the problem is not my video card. and I called Microsoft and they said I might have corrupted filed in my registry. So, How DO I perform a Registry cleaning please? they were trying to charge 100 dollars to do it.. not cool

Below is a list of a few of the programs we'd recommend.

Ccleaner - A Windows utility that allows for easy cleaning of temporary files and obsolete registry keys.It is the number-one tool for cleaning your Windows PC. Easy to use and a small, fast download. Tutorial on how to use it . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kh_xbeYxF04
Glary Utilities - If you want to clean and optimize your PC, improve your privacy and security, or do other similar tasks, you'll want this program. It's free, it's simple to use, and it'll make your computer run much better. This excellent free tool promises one-click cleanup and optimization and it delivers. It scans your system for problems with your Registry, shortcuts, startup programs, and spyware, and then gives you the option of which to clean up. It also deletes traces of your Internet surfing and cleans up temporary files. Optimization doesn’t get simpler than this.
