Amd 8150fx processor,
amd radeon Hd 6670(ddr5-1gb), can i use Internal and External graphics at the same time on windows 7

No you "probably" can't, not easly at least. Motherboard will auto disable onboard video ih PCI-E is plugged in in most cases. Easiest way to use more monitors if that is reason why you need this is to buy expansion card for PCI-E.

The FX8150 does not have integrated graphics, but the motherboard might. What make/model of motherboard are you using? Also, Feldmarschall is correct, most AMD systems will disable the on-board video controller when a stand-alone GPU is installed. The exceptions are those AMD-based systems that use an APU (yours does not).

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
 

amd fx8150 does not have integrated graphics i.e. no 'internal' graphics.
are you refering to external monitors/displays? then you can use them by connecting them to available display outputs on the gfx card (radeon hd 6670).
