i have an old system it's a iqon LITT01 the mobo is ms-7071 it has a pentium 4 3.4ghz processor, 2gb of ram, agp 8x ,350 watt psu and at the moment i have a radeon 9550 graphics card but i want to upgrade it. So what would be the best graphics card i could get for my system. thanks for any reply's.

Yeah, that old pentium 4 is slower than a single core celeron these days, which costs ~$35. If you want to upgrade, i would go all the way.
Especially because the 4670 would only play modern games on the lowest settings possible.
