Changed settings on printer, now won't print in black

I was trying to change the settings on my Epson printer so that it would not print in color because I was printing a bunch of things from the internet and didn't want to waste the ink. I did something wrong. It only prints the color(and very lightly). Anything that's in black comes out blank. Help!

There should be a way to reset the printer back to factory defaults, and then you can set the print defaults(in the driver) to only print black and white, and then you only have to change it when you want to print in color.
