The core issue

Okay so basically I need help with Warsow and Quake when I am streaming.
I think this is a coding issue with quake based stuff over all but I have no idea.
All I can do is give you my specs and issue.

The problem is that when I am using Obs/xsplit to game source I will get massive lag in gmae but no frame drop. I will just be choppy.
If I use Dxtory as a virtual cam and sent that to Obs/xsplit I will get the same lag.

Also with obs I can even just press the preview stream with out anything hooked in to the game and still get lag but this will come with actual frame drop even if I put the setting on one to 100% minimal usage. (next to no CPU use and 1 quality)

How ever, Window mode = no problem at all.
The thing is I don't want to be in windowed mode cause twitch shooters suck for that.

My pc specs

I7 3770k 3.50 ghz + A better cooling block
Msi geforce gtx 660 ti (2gb)
8gb corsair vengeance ram
Msi z77a-g41 (motherboard)
Coolermaster 750w psu
Windows 7 home-p 64bit

This is all new gear and a fresh install on new HDD.
When streaming at the wanted settings:
CPU load 22%-34%
CPU temp on avg 34 27 31 38
GPU load 25%-41%
GPU temp on avg 35

Other info.

I can stream games like CSS in full screen with no issue.
Warsow and Quake are just not having any of it.

My old pc specs that I never had this issue with, but it just wasn't very powerful for my streaming needs.

AMD Phenom IIx4 955 @ 3.2GHz
Sapphire HD6850 1gb
8gb ram (no idea the maker)
Asus M4A78 pro
Cosair 620w psu
Windows 7 home-p 64bit

The forum rules are there to make using this forum an easy thing for visiters to do and for people coming here for help to get answers. If your thread does not get any responses as it takes about a week to get to the bottom of the first page then there's a good chance that nobody knows the answer. The first and second pages are those that will get traffic and by the time it gets to the bottom of the second page you may want to consider making a new post with updated info, at that time you can alert the Moderators to delete your first post and you can now go with the second.
I have seen threads go on into pages 9, 10 and later with no responses so it does happen.
