Hi there, I recently got a old Packard Bell PC with a MSI MS-6511, it's an old board with a 1.47GHz athlon XP. It worked fine yesterday, but I opened it up and took things like the PSU apart to clean them as they were full of dust.
It's a socket A machine, I had to apply an absurd amount of pressure to get the heatsink off, could I have stretched the board?
I would like it to work as it's the only type of mainboard that can fit in that case as it has a un-standard front panel connectors.
Any Ideas. If you need more info, just ask!
