I have a tx850w corsair psu, i7 930 cpu, and GA-X58A-UD3R motherboard. corsair h50 cooling system.

- windows 8

today I changed my gtx 560ti for a sapphire 7870xt. Before I did I uninstalled all Nvidia Drivers and installed Catalyst controller 13.1 I believe. I rebooted my computer and now my computer beeps awkwardly from time to time?

The little speaker in the case beeps softly and not consistently, then it sounds somewhat awkward and then it shuts down. This happens as soon as I enter my password for the log in screen in windows 8 or 1 minute later.

More about : shuts inmediatly log sapphire 7870xt

Yeah, definitely. I don't think it even boots without the two 6 pin cables.

Well I don't use windows 8 but I would assume there is some sort of safe mode can you boot into that (with networking) with out any issues ?

Here is what I did. I booted in safe mode and tried to uninstall the drivers but it wouldnt let me. Then I restored the pc and re installed everything but this time I used the latest catalyst beta drivers. As soon as the drivers finishing installing 20 seconds later the comouter shut down. What else can I do? maybe twitch the voltage of the card once in safe mode? I dont know if that makes sense.
