Which computer do you think is better? I am on a tight budget, since I am just trying to spend the money I have left over from a previous investment.

I am trying to build a good Gaming PC, but not one that will do any heavy gaming.

The games I plan on playing are
Sims 3 and expansions
SimCity
Civilization games
Minecraft

I want it to be a little more powerful for future games, but these will be the general types of games I will be playing (even in the future I will probably be going for these types of games so I do not really need a high end PC, but it has to be powerful enough of course.)

Please tell me which one is better and if you would recommend upgrading anything or even downgrading anything that is to powerful for my purpose. Thanks for the help.
