Personally, I find that installing the PSU is the most time consuming part of a build. If you are going to put a new power supply in it you might as well just build the thing from scratch. You will save money and you will get a better case to boot.

That being said, the power supply selection depends on what else you want to change in the system. Is there a particular GPU that you want to put in? If so, you may want to first check on how large of a GPU this case will take.

I understand that. If he were looking to do somethign simple like upgrade the GPU then I'd agree. But if he is going through the trouble of replacing the PSU, may as well build, I feel that is 85% of the difficulty in building one - particularly for a new builder.

Ahh - that makes more sense. I was under the impression that you were going to buy that gateway then upgrade the PSU. You need to measure the inside of your case and make sure that there is enough clearance behind the PCI-E slot for that card to fit. According to the specs, that card is 8.15 inches in length. If you have enough room then you are good to go. That PSU is fine.

No worries =). That card is not very long, so I imagine it will fit no problem. Always good to make sure though.
