More about restart computer fresh
  1. Usually when people want a "fresh" PC, they reinstall the OS. Hopefully, your PC came with a Windows boot CD (or whatever the Apple alternative is). If you have that, you are good to go. Just do an internet search for "windows clean install." If you don't have the CD, there might still be a way, but I would not know it.

If you are trying to go back to a "pre-OS" state, you are actually trying to boot from the motherboard bios. Unfortunately, there is a lot of diversity in motherboards. If you know what kind you have, or better yet still have the manual, then there should be instructions online.

What kind of computer is it? Laptop, Desktop? What brand? What model Number? If it, is custom do you have the windows install disk? Do you know the motherboard model? The reason I ask all these questions is there's usually a "Return to factory settings" option on brand name laptops and desktops. If it is custom you could try a system restore be before you where having issues. Do you want to save the info on the machine or just want a clean install? A little info goes a long way to helping us help you.

As for the driver you can find them easily online, the LAN/Ethernet driver I would download and put on a flash drive before starting this process so you can use the internet on the freshly formatted machine instead of having to transfer all the drivers from a working machine the the fresh install.
  4. I asking how to do it like it new Windows no drivers installed
