I am having Hp a1510 in model PC .Pentium4 ,3.06Ghz,2GB RAM,Integrated ATI Radeon Xpress 200Hyper memory Graphics (Supports 1024*768 only).Is it possible to upgrade the graphics card .Since it is an older version .what to do to match for higher resolution monitor.

I have used that IGP and I know that 1024x768 is not it's limit because I've used higher resolutions including but not limited to 1280x1024, 1366x1024, 1400x1050, and 1440x900 with it. That might be the limit of your monitor, but not that IGP, at least not with it's latest supported driver.
