Anything Antec, Corsair, Sea Sonic, or Silverstone is a reliable PSU. While all four do have a range of products (with better PSU's costing more money), you can trust that any PSU will meets its specification and have adequate cooling and safety measures.
While other companies do make quality PSU's, some companies make absolutely terrible PSU's that will not only fail to provide the given wattage, could burst into fire or take out the rest of your PC. In general, you do get what you pay for, and if a price seems unnaturally low, chances are its one of the stinkers.
Beyond that, consider an 80+ certified PSU to know you are getting good efficiency, consider buying a PSU that touts the quietness of its fan if you are pursuing a quieter PC build, and realize that a higher wattage PSU will probably be wasted money and energy unless your system actually needs the extra power.
