Graphic card upgrade

I'd like to know what's the best card for me to upgrade to. Don't care about the money, but to take full benefits out of my system without "bottleneck" it.

I'm running:
AMD A8 5500 3.2GHz quad-core
4GB DDR3 RAM
512MB RADEON HD 7350

Mind that I'm not willing to play Crysis 3 on high settings, I mostly play games as Cross Fire, Counter Strike Source, Battletield FPS.

I just want to change my video card since I'm not taking full advantage of my CPU as someone said.

Well if you're happy with your performance now, then there is no need to upgrade

My bro is on 720p low in most games and though I cringe, he is happy with it so meh

A nice upgrade with be getting another 4gb stick of ram, and grabbing an 7770 or 650ti depending on your budget

I would not recommend anything more then a 7750 with that setup you cant go for any thing higher than that you'd be pushing the PSU to hard.

get corsair cxv2 430w psu.it will easily handle hd 7770

donot worry it will work.they reccomend 400w for heavy system.hd 7750 takes 46w at maximum load
