High CPU usage and Software errors

I'm having this problem since Decmber 2012....My PC was working fine with no problems,but then I started to get weird problems.....For example : I install something it works fine...after some hours I open it again,it doesn't work.Also I have very high CPU usage..I installed a lot of Windows versions...Win7 SP1...Win 7 w/o SP1...XP and Vista and I still having the problems :( I tried everything untill now and nothing helped me
My system specs :
CPU : Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz (Hyper-Threading)
Mobo: BIOSTAR G41D3+ Ver. 6.0
RAM : 2 GB DDR3 800 MHz
Video card : Intel G41 Express Chipset
Also this problem has suddenly...PC was working fine before...IDK what happen

In addition to the above, how about spyware / malware protection.

Spybot
Malwarebytes

Grab a program called rkill.
Run it before you do a scan with you spy/malware suite. It should kill the resident spy/malware and enable the suites to do their job.

Nope,I don't have any Anti-Virus installed,but I'll try...Anyway My Windows is Legit copu bought it with 594 Egyptian Pounds
