One is APC 600 va and other one Is APC 1100 va. my configuration is Asus p7p55d delux motherbord, 4 gb ddr3 Ram, cooler master v6 gt cooler, i5 760 processor, asus gtx 670 4 gb gpu, hard disc(1 tb western digitel green+ 1 tb western digitel blue), 1 ocz vertex 3 120 gb ssd. i connect my monitor, sound system and modem with my Apc 600 va. cpu is connected with the 1100 va ups. Can the ups take the load of my cpu. please help.

The 1100va ups can output 660 Watts / 1100 VA power. http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=BX1100CI
So even thought you connect the whole PC into the 1100va when the power is out, the ups can still power your PC. Becasue the 670 4gb power consumption is about 350W, the CPU is 95W if you don't OC it and the rest pc components + GPU should be less than 600w. So you will be fine for that.
