Hi, I just replaced my motherboard with Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 from Asus M4A88T-M LE.
With Asus Motherboard I found no issues. But with now Gigabyte Motherboard I found below issues:
Before OS Loaded :
CPU FAN SPEED : 6200 - 6500 RPM (noted in BIOS Setup)
CPU Temperature : 57°C-60°C (noted in BIOS Setup)
After OS Loaded :
CPU FAN SPEED : 6800 - 6900 RPM (noted using SpeedFan)
CPU Temperature : 60°C-65°C (noted using SpeedFan)
If my system faces heavy load(95-100% CPU Usage, just zipped 100MB files using 7-zip) it goes more than 91°C (noted using SpeedFan) and beep sound continuously sounds till CPU usage gets lower.
-I also applied necessary Cooling/Thermal paste when fitting CPU Fan(I tried many times)
How to get rid those problems?
System Configuration:
-------------------------------
OS : Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit(Clean Installation)
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
Processor : AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE(with stock cooler)
RAM : Corsair DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB)
Hard Disk : Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 1 TB
SMPS : 450W
DVD Drive : LG GH24NS95 DVD Burner
