keyboard won't work!

so i got a cmstorm quick fire keyboard and will just not work for me sometimes it will light up at boot but then it shuts off. i get usb not recognized countless times its very annoying. ive connected it to my netbook and it works also to my laptop and it works too. i already updated all mb drivers and bios and nothing any help.

Are you attaching the keyboard to one of your USB 2.0 ports (and not USB 3.0)? The reason I ask is your motherboard's manual specifies connecting mice and keyboards to the USB 2.0 ports.

Also, you may have to set the 'Legacy USB Support' setting under 'USB Configuration' on your motherboard's BIOS to the opposite of what it is currently set.

Yes It's connected to a USB 2.0 port I've tried connecting it to a 3.0 to see if it would but I get the same error.
