The title is misleading. Neither of those products are graphics cards. Neither one of those can run graphics at high/ultra settings as they are just CPUs and not graphics cards. Please ask a question related to graphics cards in the graphics card section.

*On an unrelated note, when coupled with identical graphics cards and RAM, the Intel i7-3770k will win out in both gaming and video editing, sometimes by a rather large margin.
