A good graphics card?

So i had my build, all ready... when PCpartpicker decides to take my current graphics card off the list. I found 2 that seem to be good, i dont know much about them. Can you tell me which is better?

The PowerColor one should be better since it has higher clock rate, if manual overclocking is not your thing.

yeah that's a much higher clock rate, and the price difference isn't big enough to get the lesser one and OC yourself, go powercolor.

Although the clock is around 100MHz faster, you should read the reviews. Go for the Sapphire card - much more reliable + has more features than the Powercool. 1/3 people have received faulty cards so..

I have a Sapphire card myself and I love it. Powercolor seems to get a bad rap, but there is a possibility that the boost in clock speed might be compensating for shoddy build quality.
