Hi, this is like my 2nd thread on tomshardware, I am a new member but I am no stranger to this forum, anyway I am thinking of getting a new PC also I am not sure if I put this thread in the right category, I have the components all worked out, this is perfect for me and my budget, but I am struggling on which case I should get. The two I am thinking of is the ZALMAN Z11 PLUS case or the PCS Maelstrom t900 case. the main concerns for me are, cooling and noise, they are both at the same price. and I am not sure about the noise level of both cases. the pcs maelstrom has excellent cooling and it does look quite nice. but the Zalman case actually looks cooler (although looks aren't a major concern for me) and it has a dust filter, which can really help me, the components included in the PC are
-intel i5-3470 3.2 ghz
-AMD radeon 7850 2gb
-8gb ram (2x4gb)
-500gb Hard drive (don't need any more)
-600w PSU
Are any of these components especially hot? or loud? I am not thinking of OCing any components. so as a summary...
zalman z11 plus case-looks cooler, dust filters, still good cooling, unsure about noise level
PCS maelstrom t900- excellent cooling, don't think there are dust filters, and unsure about noise level.

Thanks for the help guys =D

I would suggest these three

I have used the Rosewill Challenger, and it is amazing, and comes with so many fans to keep your components cool. And is also at a very good price.

As for your components, if you are not going to get the i5-3570k then I would go for the i5-3350P. The P means there are no integrated graphics, it is $20 cheaper than the i5-3470 which could help you buy the PowerColor 7870 Myst Edition.

The 3350P is not much slower than the 3470, and the Powercolor 7870 is labeled a 7870 but is actually a 7930. It uses the same GPU core as the 7950 and 7970 with more cores disabled. It is the same price as other 7870, but much faster, and very overclockable.

Edit* I know I was suppose to answer your question between two other cases, I am sorry I went off topic, just thought other suggestions would be nice. If need be I would go with the Zalman, it looks like a solid case and has a lot of good features, and I like the black interior compared to the HAF and the 300.
