Hi guys! I have had alot of trouble with my Windows 7 computer. When i start the computer i hear 2 short beeps and then nothing happens on my screen. It doesn't look like Windows is booting either. My Audio Interface's dB meter should be yellow when Windows is on but it is just blinking red witch means that the drivers haven't loaded. I have a Powercolor AMD Radeon HD 5850,AMD Phenom X4,Asus M4A78-E and 8.00GB RAM. I have taken out all memory sticks exept for 1 of them and tried em all. I still heard the beeps but i didn't check if the display worked. It was a little stupid. I can't almost use the computer at all because nothing happens when i start it. I have reinstalled drivers and all that. When i get the computer to start it usually freezes later. Sometimes the screen get filled of white,purple and green lines and they disappears after about 2 seconds and then the computer restarts. I think the beeps should sound when i start it. Some computers do what i know. I ran Windows Memory Diagnostics for some weeks ago when the computer worked a little better. I am a little worried that i have to reinstall Windows because then almost all programs and games wont work anymore. When i used my integrated graphics card (ATI Radeon HD 3000 Series) it worked a little better but freezed sometimes. And sometimes the display didn't start. I will probably reinstall Windows. But first i want some other answers. I tried to start memtest86+ with Daemon Tools but it didn't work.

You are describing a defective motherboard.
I think it could be a bad power supply but I doubt it. I will bet $1 it's a bad motherboard.
Replace Motherboard.
IMHO, I recommend Gigabyte or Intel...
Two beeps means something. You can download the MB manual and look up the beep codes.
But no matter what you try it probably won't go without a better MB.
