Hey Guys!
Despite my very expensive 1500 Pounds build that you guys helped me made: Click Me!, My annoying friends are still getting a next gen console. Playing with friends is the most important for me so I will get a next gen console.
I do want a build for me to play CS:GO, L4D2 and other future Valve games at MAX settings and frame rates higher then 70. I need the build to be under 500 Pounds without the peripherals.
Thanks!

PS. Thank you to all who contributed to my expensive build but playing with friends is most important!

The EDIT build by vN3MO is very good, apart from the power supply and the RAM. I wouldn't use a 430w for a 7870 XT and an AMD processor. The 7870 XT is a very power hungry card, and especially when twinned with an AMD processor (higher TDP than Intel processors) I think a CX 600M would be well worth it for only £20 or so extra. Not only is the wattage higher, it's semi-modular which is always nice: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx600m .

EDIT: For example in this review you can see there is a system with a 7870 XT pushing 415W under load, personally within 15W of spec is much too close for me.

I also think 1x8gb memory is not the best option, and you might as well get 2x4gb for dual-channel mode for the same...

This is a really nice build that will probably do Max on the games listed. Its mATX mini tower so you can decide if you want to change that to a mid or full tower
EDIT try this one with a better GPU for same price: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/KOAl

Here's the build with the changes applied (a tad over-budget): http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

Most credit goes to vN3MO though.
