White Screen Of Death

Okay so I'm sitting here using my PC normally and browsing the web and then BAM my PC will hang and get a white screen on my display , it'll either be a full white screen or grey screen with white vertical lines. I've got a new CPU , New Motherboard & New Ram & new graphics card just back from RMA so can't find out what's wrong !

Stress-test your CPU with Prime95
Stress-test your RAM with MemTest86+
Do each for a solid 8 hours minimum
Based on what you said, the motherboard, video card, or PSU are likely the issues. The above two tests should rule those pieces out, but it's harder to diagnose a motherboard issue because they all connect to it.
