I have a HP TouchSmart 600 pc, it is 23" diagonally and has an integrated graphics inside of its CPU. Can I take it with me safely to a trip, without damaging its components? If i can, how so?

The best way would be to carry it in it's original packaging. If that isn't possible, you can wrap it in bubble wrap, and insert it into a cardboard box. If you are flying, it may be a riskier proposition, driving yourself you can wrap it in a blanket (thick one like a comforter), and as long as it doesn't bounce around a lot, you should be ok.

Anytime you move it around, you take a risk...with the original packaging it will be minimized.

Back your stuff up. The hard drive is probably most at risk. Everything else should be fine -- just be careful!
