Anyway.. OP, its best to build your own PC. You will have higher quality parts and you will save ALOT of money.

You can build a pretty good PC for $700

Here, this is the best prebuilt one I could find for anywhere NEAR your budget, and I still would not buy it, its parts are FAR lower in quality than the list I just posted, especially its power supply, which is only a 350W, which eliminates any future upgrades.
