The Intel build is the better build, but you should look at a better PSU, preferrably from Seasonic, Antec, XFX, or Corsair. Also, you won't need a 600w unit, 500W should be more than sufficient for that build.

I'd go with the 2nd once since it has a more power GPU and a more reliable PSU, although there is some room for improvement.
