My thoughts.

If you are interested in overclocking, check out MSI's motherboard. The higher end have an automatic overclocking feature, and even if you want to manually overclock they really make it easy.

However, until you are actually interested in overclocking, there is no reason to get a liquid CPU cooler. The Intel default cooler will work fine, and closed loop liquid coolers are improving very quickly. So, if you are thinking about overclocking sometime in the future, buy your improved cooler than. Speaking of which, the H100 has an improved version released, the H100i. However, the H100i has faced serious competition from both the NZXT Kraken X60, and Corsair's own H80i. Read some comparative reviews,

...then decide which one fits your needs. Also, make sure your case has space for the large radiators that come with closed loop coolers.

More importantly, with your budget you should definitely get a SDD, even if its a smaller one just to boot the OS from. I have one and turning on my PC is a fast as starting my car. You will still want a larger hard drive as a secondary drive if you are doing video editing, but its relatively straightforward to set up two hard drives and get the best of both worlds.
