Hello,
Let me start from the basics. This computer im using is brand new, maybe a week old, I put it together no issues and installed all my drivers/updates but I DID NOT install any ASUS Suite II Utilities, I decide last night why not and I went to remove any old ASUS suite info that might have popped up and tried to reinstall it. Since then every time I turn on my computer I get an error box that flashes on and off in error so quick I cant read it while it beeps every time it pops. After looking in my event logs it says:

The description for Event ID 0 from source ATKEXC~1.EXE cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

The service process could not connect to the service controller

I have tried uninstalling it, updating it, BOIS update, Clear RTC, and that's about as far as my computer savvy goes. ASUS told me to remove the MoBo battery for 15 seconds but since I have the fancy Sabertooth Z77 that would involve removing everything, and removing the motherboard so I really don't want to do that.
If anyone could give me any advice it would be fantastic, thank you.

I would suggest you do what the asus tech told you to do. It may be a pain in the but but that may be the only thing that will clear the memory of the previous load of the program.
I have used asus suite II with my last two mobo's including the one I have built now. It is a real handy program and you would like it if you can get it to work!
Do you get the errors and then the program doesn't work, or does it work?

Yep, if uninstalling everything from the software portion of your disc and then reloading doesn't help, I would get a tech on the phone and let him walk you through the process to fix it. It may be a hardware glitch, or a lan driver problem. Does your internet work for other purposes? I ask because of the error "cannot connect to the service controller"

I assume this is a fresh installation of the operating system, too? Sorry your first post did not state it was (just implied drivers were new). If it is a fresh install of the OS, unsinstall AI Suite again, and THEN run this cleaner:

http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?28319-AI-Suite-II-uninstall-cleaner&country=&status=

after that, download the latest version of AI Suite from the ASUS website (if you have not already) and install it.

Sorry it took so long to get back, work has been running me like a dog, anyways. Yes it is a fresh install. i have tried to uninstall and update the new version on the ASUS suite but it when its completed and reboots ill look at the version and it remains the 1.0.4 not the 2.0 (and yes sorrythe internet works fine) I will try to run the cleaner, i have an anxity issue about downloading things off the internet though so i hope your not setting me up for failure! haha.
If none of these solutions work what i might do, i was planning this anyways, was to geta 2nd SSD and set a raid0 between the 2. My only question would be after i formate the old one do i need to install the OS before or after i set up the raid. Or even if a format would clear the current issue?

You should have no problem running the cleaner application. Raja would not steer you wrong. Loading the software from asustec website will guarantee yu have the latest version and is always preferred over disc version.
You don't actually perform a format on an ssd. you just erase it like a memory stick...

The cleaner is fine, given that to many users. what's happening is you've got old services from AI suite sitting back there, and you need to take them off. Alternatively a fresh reinstall will do it (after delete/format or whatever).

If the RAID array is for storage only you can set it up before or after the install. If the OS is going to be installed onto the array, you will need to setup the RAID array and then install the OS onto it.

unfortunately the download is not working, it ether downloads a compressed file winzip cant read for whatever reason or it downloads an unreadable file. I think this ASUS software was the worst idea iv had in a while

There are two separate download links there, one hosted direct on the forum and the other by me on media fire. Both work, unless you have some aggressive anti virus filtering or are sitting downloading the files on a work network.

Try WinRAR thats what I used to compress the file. It's free to use.

after the system removed the programs it needed to I did a reboot and now it wont read my mouse or keyboard, I know its not the mouse or keyboard they work fine when hooked up to the laptop...I tried to use the windows repair disk but I cant because its an update only one, and the original Windows Vista one I have wont read...now what?

Edit: I have also used my thumb drive in it to drive to update drivers through it and it can see and read it just fine, pops up the auto load in windows just cant press enter or click to open it, so its not the USB driver.

How did you select what to remove? The system would not have interfered with USB if all it was doing was uninstalling AI Suite. Sounds like you removed more than you should have. Are the keyboard and mouse plugged into a USB 3.0 ports or USB 2.0 ones? If they are in USB 3.0 ports, move them to USB 2.0. You may have removed the USB 3.0 drivers..
