I had just installed a windows update and went to bed and when I woke up the next morning to turn it back on it booted as normal until it reached "starting windows" then it froze and stayed there. I have tried system restore but it errors no matter what I select. I really need this laptop in working condition so if anyone can help I would appreciate it.
