nVidia 314.07 drivers?

Has anyone had any issues with the new nVidia drivers (314.07)? I was told my current drivers needed to be updated. But every once in a while new drivers don't work so well.

So I figured I would ask before I installed these.

My graphics card is this one so I am hopeful the driver will not cause me any issues. I was not able to afford the 600 series cards so opted for this one at the time which seemed to be a good card. I think I can still get a couple more years of use out of it if I take care of it.
