I've tried every possible thing I don't know what else to do. The pixels in my screen are shattered so I can't see anything on my screen and I can't get my HDMI connection to work even when pressing fn+f4... tv screen says no signal.

What I did to my laptop with a shattered screen was open it and cut the cables running to the screen. This forced it to reroute it's output to VGA port . You should find the wires around where the hinges of where the laptop connects to your screen. Only cut them if you cannot remove them by other means.
