Intel i3 3220 or AMD FX 4100???

which one is good intel i3 or amd FX 4100?please do tell which one of them would be good for battlefield 3 with GTX 650 ti or HD 7850?

I would say get the i3 over the 4100, but if you can get the FX 6300 as it is better than both and should be around the same price as the i3 if not cheaper. Also, go for the 7850, it's much better.

The FX 6300 and 7850 would make you a nice little AMD rig that could handle BF3 on high at most resolutions no problem.

i would say it depends on which i3 you speak of. get a i3 3240 and it'll win against amd 4100... get a i3 2120 and then things become less clear. if a game is heavily threaded the 4100 may win. Though i would suggest getting the 3240 for a dual core if you can afford it or even better an i7 with 3ghz clock or better. quad core is a good thing for gaming now a days!
